Keyless not allowing to open door

I have a urban cruiser 2010 diesel but from time to time the car doesn't allow me to upen the door even with the key. I have changed the Battery a number of times same thing happens, please can anyone help?

when holding the handle the car lights flash but doesn't open does the same with the key, but sometimes allow some out to open the boot then we have to climb through to open the doors

Does this occur when the car is parked in the same place?
