motor oil for Rav4

Hello  dear members 
i recently got my  new 2016  toyota Rav4 Diesel 2.2L (177ch)  /TYPE :ALA49L-ANTGYW made in Japan 
soon i ll close 1 000 Km 
what kind of oil  shoul i put in its engine for a change to the old one

Partly depends on which country you reside in and what temperatures are like. 

Presumably you have the BMW sourced diesel engine for which the oil should be: 1.6 1WW & 2.0 2WW ( BMW ) 5w30 meeting C3 low Ash

Check your owners manual for the temperature range for your country though.

If you have a 2.2 it would appear you have a Toyota AD series diesel engine and if it is the 177bhp then it is a DCAT engine with DPNR which in the UK would use either 0w30 C2 (preferred) or 5w30 C2, not knowing your location the temp range requirements may be different but the C2 low ash specification is the most important requirement.
