Noob Build Quality Question?

Hi all. Am now proud to join the forum as the owner of a sweet Carlo Blue T3 :D

Just was a bit sad to see a 'Made in France' sticker on windscreen as I gather thats not such a good thing? :(

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have the same little concern as me. On rear bumper where the light is that shines down on the number plate, the fitting is really poor. I've compared it to a friends older GS model where the lamp assy fits perfectly into the bumper. On mine the cutting into the bumper is all rough like a kid with a hacksaw had a go at it, and the lamp is more recessed with a gap around it. Any thoughts? Is this something to take up with warranty? Its not really visible, and I only noticed the rough edges when was washing it.

Thanks for your thoughts - great forum!

First off hello and welcome

I wouldnt worry about it being made in france mate its still designed by the !Removed!

If your not happy with the fit of the light you have every right to go down the dealers and ask them to do something about it.......just might loose your car for a few days or more

quality levels of all plants outside japan is monitored and audited on a regular basis so there wont really be much differance between a jap built car and one built elseware so dont worry but if you arnt happy with somthing then go back to your dealer and ask them to fix it
