okay, nice format...

BUT

Change the font, it looks amatuer and just plain rubbish. Use Arial or NTR or something.

Put some graphics on there, such as the title bar etc... Would look even better if you used a large graphic and imagemap for links.

all in all, the overall structure works, but it needs more depth, if you want a hand with the graphics etc, let me know.
