I spent Oct - Jan commuting around the M25 from Croydon to Maidenhead every day,also a few runs up to Manchester and a few Sunday day trips etc Quickly mounts up, car is great - just an annoying rattle developed I can't get rid of but have learned to live with! I estimate my annual mileage 30k or so. So new car every year.

7th November 04, 54 plate, 18 'delivery miles', now 1500-ish. Reckon on about 7k a year 'cos this baby is gonna be used a lot more than Mrs Sooty's last car... it's so much fun and sweet to drive.

Now, i have a 51 plate flame gold Yaris TS.......bought october'04 with 27,000miles on it, now it has just turned 34,000!

My last one, a silver GS was bought in may 2000 with 600 miles on it, sold in october '04 with 141,000

Any guesses what my cars are used for?

Seriously though, you must be a roving sales rep or something - to cover that mileage that quickly then much of your mileage must be covering te coutry on motorways and stuff. I guess you didn't have (m)any faults!
