MY 2002 rav4 not turning over.

i checked the fuses they are ok.

it sounds like it is out of gas but the tank is full.

If any one has had this problem before or any clues on what I can check?

Fuel pump?

Help.. :(

When you say " Not turning over", do you mean engine cranks but does not fire or engine not cranking???
