Any help would be great

Cheers

Oh and don't forget the insane subscription price. On the old Road Angel its something like 12months free and then £99 for unlimited months after that.

The new one is like 6months free and £50 a year, £80 for 2 years, etc... don't live by those prices because I don't know them for sure. I only know its quite expensive.

I bought a Snooper S6R Neo recently for about £300 quid (£249 + vat). It's the dog's danglies and seems to have taken over my dashboard as it's 3 separate units, but you can mount one of them down behind the grille if you have the space/inclination.

It not only warns you of Gatsos 'n' stuff but also places that the police are known to hide quite often. It also does laser and automatic door detection!

No, I'm pretty pleased with it, but as commented above the subscription is pretty prohibitive at either £4.50 a month forever or £99.00 for 2 years after the first 6 months. You can't just use it for 6 months though as you have to sign up for one of the above options before yu can download any data to the unit (it is supplied "dumb"). I felt that that was extracting the urine a bit...

I hope that helps (somehow!)

If you have any other questions then post or PM me.

Cheers,

Alan

go for the original road angel 'classic' as the subscripion is cheaper, although the later one does pick up a lot more things

comes highly recommended from me for piece of mind more than anything

Got the new Roadangel

class bit of kit - warns you of all the cameras inc Laser also Blackspots & school zones & the dreded congestion charge

it also outputs its GPS to a PDA or laptop.

not sure if its worth the full 400 quid but its a good bit of kit all the same
