Hiace 2.8td Super Custom

Hi, I have looked at a Hiace 2.8td super custom. I was not aware of this engine size in a hiace. Can anyone shed any light on available engine sizes?

If this engine exists, does it have head problems like the 2.4td can do?

You don't say which model this is, I have a 3.0 super custom, as pictured in my avatar, I know they did a version of this with a 2.8 engine but to my knowledge this was not a turbo as the engine is more cast iron, than the plasticine they use to make the turbo engines, and yes the bigger one is as vulnerable to head cracking.
