Cold Idle Failing: '96 Rav4

Hi All,

Our '96 Rav4 is having an intermittent problem with the cold idle. Sometimes it fails to keep the rpm up and will stall unless I keep the peddle down. Doesn't happen every time; about 1 in 4 starts. Only lasts for a brief period. Seems to idle ok after a minute or so. Runs fine when warm. Any ideas?
