Picture Help!

This may sound stupid but- i am trying to add a picture next tp my name on the left of the page but i dont know how to add one....if any of you could assist me that would be great.

need to host a picture via something like http://www.freepichosting.com or http://www.cardomain.com or http://www.photobucket.com

then go onto my controls and edit signature!

The pic looks a bit "rough" If you want, I'll resize for you on PSP.

it will make the pic look alot sharper.
