Ok, i just been called a tomboy from a mate..... :cacker:

But just like to know everyones definition of the word... :rolleyes:

But i really don't like to idea of being called one.... :ph34r: because i'm not :crybaby: hopefully.... :eek:

Ah Ha, was one as a littlun, i was always i baggy or comfy as i called it clothing!!!

My nan got me a tracksuit with kittens on, i protested and wore my ninja turtles onw insted, was always in scraps and scrapes and got stuck in trees lots!!

just think of it as the boys are comfortable with you on a lads night out, a kind of ladette!!!

Yes :D

TomBoy is a girl who doesn't like playing with dolls etc .. but prefers matchbox cars and playstations ..

Usually have a load of male friends and is "one of the lads" ..

People think a friend of mine is a tom boy.

but it's not her appearance like loose fitting baggy clothes

It's her interests:

She's a football fan (she's supported ubiknal since she was 4)

unlike other girls I know who are FOOTBALLER fans.

She loves her cars, no-nonsense food & alcohol.

I'm proud my girlfriend is a tomboy, it makes life hell of a lot easier!

She drinks pints of stella because bottles are "poncey", calls carling "dishwater"

Plays the Xbox more than me, watches match of the day with interest and actually wanted a full explanation as to how a supercharger works!

And the best bit is she hates casual clothes as they make you look like a lad or a chav and trainers are a no no!

Ok my Girlfriend is all girly. (I love her that way)

But I have plenty of female friends that I would class a tomboys. you know they like Lager, kebabs oh and sometimes picking their nose and flicking it :rolleyes:

But in all, I have a great laugh when I'm out with them. :)
