UPDATE ON GIRL FROM WORK

So I have been making the point of talking to her as much as I can (its hard when she's on a different department) and today was a good day.

She reached out and held my hand as we walked thru work, as we were holding hands I told her that I could get into trouble because I'm a teamleader and it could be seen as 'taking advantage' so she pulled her hand away (stupid me!).

Later on, as she passed me she reached out and grabbed my hand. And she also was frequently rubbing my arms and tickled my side later on (I tickled back).

What does all this mean?
