Only problem is a US gallon is 6 pints not 8 so it's not quite as good as it looks. BUT it's still only 40 odd pence per litre

yep, and guess what - at those prices the Americans are complaining about the cost of fuel (yes really!)...

Its normally 25% cheaper than that ;)
