LOL!!

At university, finished the lecture, walked out into car park. 4 or 5 people just got out of a rover metro car and were in the boot, as me and my mate walked past they closed the boot (softly) and i heard what i believed to be ice hitting the ground which i thought was on the cars window.

Hearing this i said to my mate that it was a bit too warm for ice, so i turned round and the window had shattered, LOL!!!

All they did was close the boot gently and the whole back window shattered, all the glass was over the shelf and on the floor. LOL!!

Surely thats not right??

They had nothing but a jacket on the rear shelf, so how the hell did it shatter??

One of the lads was p**sing himself laughin and the driver said whats the matter, he said the window had just shattered, he replied shut up (coz he didnt believe), so he walked round and he was stunned. The other geezer was practically on the floor laughing his tats off!!

How the hell can that happen from just closing your boot? And no he did not slam it.

:wacko::lol::lol::lol:

if the screen had been replaced badly at sometime in past it could cause the stress to concentrate on one or two parts of screen as opposed to whole thing whic would cause it to break

wow! fitting 4/5 people in a car boot is no easy task!! :P

Haha good!! :D :D

Perhaps it had been knocked previously..like reversed into a post or something which weakened it, and then over time it got weaker and weaker and today was the final straw!
