How long does it take roughly from paying and applying etc, to actually getting gold status?

Yes, I believe so.

It's pretty quick too especially if you pay by PayPal. I think it was later that day or the next.

Yeh, thats what Leeky usually gets up to, Ed is the one that passes out in toilets, ben is the one that gets shut in MR2 boots, Charlie is the one that picks fights with squaddies, Milly is the one that always ends up annoyed, and im the more "relaxed" and "easy going" guy that goes along with everything...
