Cd Player Leads

hello peeps , i have a tape and radio player up top and a cd player below , both separates , the cd player joins the tape and radio deck via a round multi pin connector, question is, is there an after market cd player made with this connection or can i buy a lead from Halfords or similar ???

thing is the tape deck supplies the power to the cd player via this lead , not sure after market ones will power up through this lead , most i know are simple iso connections nowadays , so am i forced to go single din with a blanking plate or is this possible?? can i buy just a cd player with no radio from somewhere. i know scrap yards keep toyota head units , that another option.
