Computer Buff Needed

I'v clicked to load my emails and it only loads the first 8 of about 36 then a message comes up " some errors occured while processing the said tasks "

If i click on them again it still only loads the same first 8 again.

It will just not go past that.

WHAT CAN I DO????

As you can see i'm crap with computers.

Someone help!!!

It could be a problem with your email account... you might want to try again in 30 mins?

Does it give anymore information.. mine sometimes times out when I'm getting big emails.

Are you sure your account is not over the e-mail limit as far as size is concerned.

You may very well have been alotted 10mb for e-mails, which on some ISP's will include all items in your inbox, outbox and sent items.

Move your e-mails that you wish to keep into separate personal folders on your local drive and then try downloading your new mail then.

Have you tried checking your e-mail online, as opposed to your e-mail client (Outlook Express, Outlook, Thunderbird... etc)?

Someone may have sent you a particularly large '9th' e-mail that puts you over the limit.

Try these first, and I'll try to help further!

You could try to read the first 8, and delete whatever you don't need then see if it lets you read the rest.

I think we have just got it sorted.
