Strange

Right, just had my car back (Monday) from a Toyota approved garage - through Toyota World where it had bodywork done to it..

They replaced a rear wing and door and sprayed (obviously)..

The strange thing is: Work done is faultless (at the mo), handbrake was adjusted, tyres pumped up, valeted inside, polished and waxed outside, no problems..

The gearbox seems really tight and notchy, now, I wouldn't have thought that they would have touched this what so ever? Fine before it went in...

Explain...

You've got used to a different car?

I know that whenever I've been driving a different car for a while then my Yaris feels really odd afterwards...

Hmm quite possible, definately wasn't 'as tight' (no puns please) before it went in..

Seems to want to 'crunch' in on each change..

Get the gearbox level checked m8! When i had me RB, went to a certain Subaru dealer, to get the 5th gear replaced and when i got it back, the gearbox felt awesome! Really notchy and clunky, but felt good, as it was so sure footed. Got back down the road and thought i'd check the level.........EMPTY! Took a good 2.5 litres, to get it up to the proper level! Not wantin to scare you bud, but it's worth a check.
