Get a flat-head screwdriver and run it along the side of the windscreen pillar about an inch in, then press against the pillar, and you've just created a gap to get your screwdriver under the grill, gently lift it out, and a clip at the front will pop off and voila, rest of speaker will come off in your hand!

The cardboard speaker is held in by two bolt type screws, use a philips screwdriver to un-do them (try not to lose them!) lift the old speaker out (10cm) careful with the wire when disconnecting it.

Wire up your new speaker, stick it in place, screw it down, then put the grill back on by slotting the bit closest to the windscreen in first, then clip the front back down. Job done!
