Was just wondering, would it matter if i put a 2000w max power cable upto my amplifier? my amplifier is 1200w max.

Its just i want to move my amplifier because the wires i have currently wont stretch as far as where i want it to, and its hard finding an amp kit the same (not sure what mine is).

I know this will probs get moved to the audio section, but im posting here first because i know at least il get an answer.

Power = Volts x Current

if your amp is rated at 1200w then its drawing 100A through the wire. The 2000W cable can handle 166.7A so your okay. Basically you have another 66.7A of draw you can run your neons off!
