About an inch up the intercooler radiator trim looking from the front ... when you close the bonnet it seems to fit into an underbonnet moulding to force air into it.

IF ... IF it's boosting performance by directing cold air into the intercooler, then why didn't Toyota site it further back?

Slotted a Jetex air filter into my D-4D today, and I'm VERY impressed.

Bottom end torque has improved to mean 1st gear is almost redundant, on gear changes the torque and momentum seem to make it even smoother than before and when flooring it on motorway slip roads it just flies.

If there's any Brummies out there ... I've just gone up Rose Hill at the Lickey Hills in 5th gear!!
