My partner Nick didnt tell his mum I was pregnant til I was 5months gone! But she had a heart attack 2days later and Nick still blames himself for that (she's fine now tho!)

Things will seem tough at first, but you'll both manage.

From your statement up there - theres no doubt about it - you will be such a wonderful father! Best of luck to all three of you for the future.

As for your parents, you just need to sit them down and tell them - it'll be hard, and I'm sure at first they'll be a bit shocked, but you're their son and they'll love you regardless - and soon they'll have a grandson, which is probably a really exciting time for them too, especially if its their first grandchild.

Although if they're anything like my parents they can always guess I have something on my mind anyway!
