why not put an advertisement for the sub on your back window with a break here sign???? :wacko:

Putting a subwoofer in the parcel shelf is rather foolish IMO. Thieves aren't the nicest of people, and won't just leave your sub alone if they can't get it out... They tend to slash subs that they can't remove... Its a jealousy thing.

6x9's are the most pointless of Speakers as far as an install is concerned when you are running a sub.

is the sub a free-air sub? As it needs to be boxed in an enclosure if it isn't.

If you do put a sub in the boot, do not put ANY Speakers in the parcel shelf, you will damage them unless they are boxed in. This is due to the fact they will be struggling with the sub for air.

No one needs to run 6x9's really, all you need is a decent set of front components (amped) and a sub in the boot.
