Rim Size

Hi everybody

I have an 1999 Toyota Corolla Luna. The current rim size is 185/65/14. A friend of mine has lots of 13" rims with great tires that he is willing to part with for a very fair price.

My question is:

Will 13" rims fit my Corolla

Thanks

If you want 13" rims.. and the ones your looking at have the same pdc.. then you will need either 165x13 (165x80/13.. same size) or 185x70/13 tyres. These sizes have the same rolling circumferance (give or take a couple of mm) and will not affect the speed/gear ratio's.

NOTE: if you are wanting them as winter wheels (for in the snow) get 165x13's , as these will be better in snow.

What I was thinking was that the 13" would be big enough to stay clear of the braking equipment on the car.

Best check that the rims your looking at fit 1st before buying tyres for them.
