I think he's innocent too. He never had a "childhood" of his own, due to the hectic touring of The Jackson Five and growing up in the spotlight. He's not had the most conventional of upbringings.

Actually watched a very interesting E True Hollywood Story about Michael Jackson a few weeks back!

Hes still a kid in all respects - just wants to live out his childhood - he just doesnt understand that when your a kid, you can sleepover at friends houses and its fine, but when your an adult - you just cant do that.

Hes admitted to having kids sleep in his room, but I dont think he is the sort of person who would do anything to them - thats just my opinion though - and no one knows Michael as a person apart from his family and friends.

Plus after watching "Finding Neverland" the other night - its kinda helped me understand the relationship between adult and child - the sort that Michael would have had with his "friends" a lot better.

I say hes innocent - I only hope being who he is, that he will still recieve a fair trial.

Just remember that no-one really has any facts to hand so all we do is base our thoughts on heresay, whether we like the bloke and other such loose reasons.........

For the record I think it's unlikely he is Guilty of the charges.

Guilty maybe of being NAIVE and GULLIBLE and Guilty of Being a Child within himself still. But is he a monster - I can't quite see it.

And he is still one of the most talented Pop Stars the world has ever seen.

I would bet his defence lawyers will tear the Kids on the Prosecutions side to shreds on the stand. Totally confuse and baffle them ..............They won't know which way is up if the Defence guys are any good. That what the Defence team will be getting paid to do..........

Remember Jacko's lot don't have to prove anything - that is up to the Prosecution.......It won't be a open & shut case by far, but of course is way to early to call in reality.

I think people have to remember aswell, that he is innocent until proven guilty.

I agree Gordy - he is more guilty of being naive than being a monster - I dont know the guy personally of course, but he seems too "innocent" to be guilty, if you get my meaning.

I also agree that hes one of the most talented musicians in the world - his earlier stuff is the stuff of legend - not keen on his recent work though.....

I think hes innocent of child abuse, but hes very very mentally ill. Whatever the verdit is, he needs to be put away for a bit and get the help he needs

Guilty as charged and should be locked up anyway for what he has done to himself.

I do respect other opinions and understand where people are coming from about his childhood and innocence etc.

But, He is human and an adult no matter what past he has had and would have adult urges. Sleeping with young boys at that age is suspect at the very least no matter what.

i think a lot of people are predujiced against him as hes a "freak" with the whiteness and all... when they dont even know him..

My mum is a classic example, she said hes definatly guilty, i asked why? and she said, just look at him...

Had to vote innocent as he was a childhood hero of mine and he has not been proved guilty yet but i feel he is not all there and has some serious issues he needs to deal with, lets be honest what sort of man does that to himself.

The last time he was accused of this, all his star studded friends backed him to the hilt... where are THEY now??... deserted him, and why???

Why would an innocent person pay someone off and settle out of court if they wern't affraid of something coming out??? (the 1st case) i wouldn't have, if you ARE innocent , there is no court can proove guilt.

He has deffinately done something that most normal people might consider molestation... wheather intentional or not, but even IF that is the case, it is NO excuse, and he should be locked up.

We are all hearing of the accusations against him... but what has happened to any statements defending him or his reasons for what has came to be?

I agree, I think he is guilty as hell, and like you said there is no set profile to what a child molestor should look like or how he or she should act, but if you look and listen carefully the clues are there and this is what I have based my opinion on.
