Help Me Find Insurance Please!

Im in desperate need of a good insurance company that will insure my 1993 mr2 gts turbo inport. Sounds easy but there is one problem, im only 20!! (21 in april). I will only be using the car at weekends so i will be doing little millage and i have 3 years no claims, no convictions etc but no one wants to no (i can sort of understand). The car is great and i would hate to have to sell it before its even on the road so if anyone could point me in the right direction of a possible insurer i would appriciate. thank you in advance.

ring quinn direct, they are in donegal ireland, insure ppl in the uk also. they are the cheapest young driver insurers in the country

thank you for your reply, sounds like you your saying quinn direct are in ireland? this might sound daft but will they still me insure me in uk? also where would i obtain phone numbers for two these companies? thanks again.

i no dey wud insure u because i live in northern ireland. i.e. the uk and when u ring em the voice message thing asks u to push a button if u frm england scotland or wales and their number is....

my insurance wif em is 2700 a year, and thats cause im in northern ireland. the next priced one, the second cheapest wanted 3540 so that gives u an idea of hw cheap dey r

You could try Lloyds there was the cheapest I have found so far.

Sorry to go off topic but why is insurence so expensive the Northern Ireland? Ive noticed that certain companies won't insure you if you live in Northern Ireland. I guess it is because of the same reason.

I am with peoples choice.. cos my car has been "modified" *cough*.. other insuresrs wouldn't even consider it.. you could also try Adrian Flux.. lots on here are with them.

BTW Adrian Flux, Peoples Choice & Chris Knott are insurance brokers/intemediaries, so when you get insurance through them they will be "underwritten" by another insurer :yes:
