Help! 1998 G6 Abs Light

Has anyone ever had any problems with their dashboard ABS light? My wife has an 1998 (S Plated) Corolla 1.3 G6 and for no apparant reason the ABS light wont go off!! She has an MOT due next month and I suspect that it will fail if the light stays on. The ABS works fine....? Brakes and fluids are all OK Any help would be appreciated. Regards
