New Rav4 Owner With Problems

Hi Not long ago I bought a 1995 Rav4 GS I have to say I love my Rav so much but I've got 2 problems. 1. The Alarm key seems to be missing I can't find it anywhere, so when I charge the Battery the alarm starts to go off. 2. The original owner had some Toyota alloys fitted, and I have a slow puncture but I can't find the key to remove the little cover from the alloys. If anyone can help me out on this It really would be appreciated Thanks. Helo
