I want them to blow them up into a poster size as a nice momento from the trip.

That is a link to the contact form.

It may also be an idea to tell them you are English so they are not fooled by your beautifuly written German and accent and start speaking back to you in German when they can probably speak good English :)

What I do when I'm e-mailing or faxing France is the write in French first (well, what I think's French...) and then the same in English afterwards. That way I'm trying, but if its totally unintelligable then thay can read the english.
