Feel sorry for anyones family who have to deal with such a loss

just read this comment a few messages down... :censor:

All I can say is, ANYONE who takes his or her own life, especially when they have great potential in life and have dependence to boot, and they just throw it away because they can't see past a bad period in their lives, and doing it to hurt someone such as his ex-girl friend. Makes him one of the biggest LOSERS OF THE WORLD! He does not have my sympathy but I will give him shame! My sympathy's to his family for having such a loser for a son and to the child. (Word, to all other suicidal people out there DO NOT DO IT, BE A WINNER !) God bless.

some people.. :!Removed!:

sadly - they are kinda right (not totally mind).

suicide is ultimately a selfish act, an act where you place your own feelings and emotions above the many people who love and care for you.

its also true (imho) that there is not really a situation where suicide is the answer (only exception I can think of is in the case of terminal illness).

But - there is a difference having that opinion (as I do) and expressing it like an *****, which is what the poster on the blog site did.

obviously the guy was not in a rational mental state..

i mean think about it.

We can sit here and chat ***** like this.. about what is wright and what is wrong.. but when you loose your mind...you can loose it big time and your mind plays tricks on ya.

He probably convinced himself his family would be better off without him

etc etc

Just think about a mental institute, some of those peeps dont recognise their own family, let alone be able to think about whats right to do by them.

I aint saying this guy was like that but we dont knwo what goes through the mind of someone who does such an act.

Can you really see a person who is thinking rationally.. do such a thing?

It aways difficult to make sence of situations like these as no one really knows what he was thinking at the time

Matthew is right in what he says mind there are other ways to deal with problems but unfortunatly with suicide its hard for the familys to make sence of it as they cant see the reasons behind the death of a love one and 99% of the time blame themselves by thinking could they have help the person and if they knew and did would they still be here.

Dont know who he is - but its sad he felt he could do nothing but end his own life - who knows what sort of problems he had. He obviously felt he was beyond help - same age as me too..... :(

Personally no matter what my problems, I could never leave my child(ren) without a mother. If its my time, then its my time, but not intentionally - no way.

thing is, we cant possibly comment on what we'd do or what he did cos were not there, he had a really rough life and i can openly say i was gutted when i saw that bit at the end of the show,

its just hard seeing someone so sad,

like i say, i was gutted, really wanted to see him win and rise up but it just seemed like the last blow,

rip
