I would advise having it combined with a CAT 1, alarm and immobiliser, which should cost in the region of £300

this gives a discount with the majority of insurance companies, and remote locking ;)

My old car (ford ka) didnt have central locking and i was told that if i put a cat 1 alarm on it, i would have central locking. This was not the case. I was told by the company who fitted my toad cat 1 that i would need to buy a seperate central locking system which would cost me an extra £200 on top of my alarm. I dont know if this is the same for yaris tho.

Not 100% for T-Sport alarm mate, but iv got an alarm fitted by toyota to my SR which is a Toad Cat1 alarm with full certificate of fitting and category for the insurance company.
