Please could someone give me advice on whether a slight grinding noise when I change into 3rd gear is because of clutch or gear-box? It doesn't always happen, but I presume it is a problem! Thanks for any advice.

that wont be a clutch problem i'm pretty sure if the noise is cummin from the gear stick area...
