Lucida Timing

Please could someone help.

We have a lucida with a 2.2td engine which the belt snapped on, it is all rebuilt apart from timing it up for the belt to go on. The marks are not straight forward and our local toyota dealer is as much use as a ash tray on a motor bike.Pictures would be good but a good explanation of what to line up where would be enough for us to rebuild it.
