:crybaby: Hi, please help me I have a 2002 toyota corolla that just wouldn't quit vibrating. I can barely hold on to the wheel!!, i have changed everything, I mean every single thing imaginable; engine mounts, intake manifold gaskets, MAF, oxygen snensor, spark plugs, throttle body!!, iam out of options and money. The damn thing needs to go in the junkyard, I bought it from an insurance auction and has no warranty of course!!! :censor:

Driveshaft, trackrod end, wheel bearing, wheel balance, engine mount, buckled wheel, twisted tyre, to name a few possibilities.

Try swapping each wheel (one at a time) with the spare.. if it stops, then you will know its a wheel or tyre... also, if you have after market alloy wheels fitted.. are the centralizing rings (thats the little plastic inserts in the bore hole of the wheel, which converts the bore hole to the same size as the hub) fitted.. if not, the wheel might not be centred on the hub.. even half a millimetre will cause a vibration through the car.

Welcome to TOC

You say you bought it from an insurance auction...... was it a previous write off?

If its been in a smash, the problem could be any number of things - I know you say you have no money, but tbh if I were you, I'd get it to a garage pronto to get it checked over!

does it do it when you aren't moving? or is it just when driving? Is it just at a certain speed? does it get better or worse at any speed?

What was it at the insurance auction for?
