So unless your FRONT garden is full of Fords.... I take it we can assume you like Toyotas??? Sounds like a very exciting collection. Have you got a pic of the '71 corona. I`m sure a guy i worked with years ago had one, but it may have been a corolla. Think that was a '72 -`73 L reg though.

Is your Corona the 4dr 'Shaver nose' (slight slant to the front end/grill) if so sorry to disapoint but the ex-chairman (and founder) of the Toyota Enthusiasts club has one for sale (so theres more than one!) or IS this the one?

It's a restoration project but comes with pair of replacement new wings and all trimwork has been re-chromed.

Corona RT62 'Shaver Nose' History

(from Toyota Museum, Japan)

RT62.jpg

Between the Corona and the Crown, the new Corona MarkII was released in September 1968. Toyota adopted the naming style common in England, as with"Jaguar MarkII,"to signal a model change or upgrade. There was no resistance on the part of users to this Corona upgrade. Initially, it was equipped with a two-door hardtop and a 1.9-liter engine also. There were 11 basic models to choose from with 52 wide variations available. By December, it was a runaway best-seller with more than 20,000 cars sold in that month.

When you have a Corona coupe and a RA28 Celica, I don't think owning a AE86 really matters  .

Dude there are loads out there! Just depends how much you are willing to spend! This is why you should sell at least one of the Amazons for £20k and buy a kick ***** '86!
