The Questions & answers seem to be related to the 2000/01 US Model, but there are still some Information for all RAV4 Generations, For example;

Q; why does the engine run badly after I wash my RAV?

A: Sometimes, after washing your RAV4 or having moved it a short distance, the engine may run badly for a while. This will usually clear itself up as the vehicle is driven for a while.

The reason for this is that when the vehicle is washed, it is typically driven from its parked location to where it will be washed, often from a garage to a driveway, then shut off. This short time that the engine is run, sometimes as short as

10-15 seconds, causes the engine control computer to get confused. This may cause the engine to run badly for a while after it is restarted until the computer re-learns the running engine parameters.

This problem can be prevented by always running the engine

for a minimum of 1 minute any time it is started

Interesting, thankfully I have to cross a set of traffic lights between the car wash and my house, and as my wife always tells me, I never get a green light to go through :huh::huh:
