Gay Horn To Hey! Horn

well...as i said before..

i seldom use the horn of the yaris ..since its..well... !Removed!!

so.. i looked at the little thing.. what do u know..

just one + wire .. the bolt is the - .

i checked my moms corrola.. well what do u know.. same little connector..

so..

what ull need for this mod:

1 corolla

1 yaris

1 unsuspecting parent/friend that doesnt use the horn much

just pop the hood on both

open up the black plastic cover, using a screwdriver..

try not to break those quirky things

in order to get the corolla horn unhooked, you CAN take off the grill but theres a better way... just unscrew the bolt and pull it up.. u can leave the connector like this until you bring your !Removed! yaris horn..

now unscrew the big bolt on both horns

the pic above is of the corolla.. but they shouldnt be very different

and just switch them ..

yeah.. ull notice youll need to put the yaris one in a 45 degrees angle, so it wont touch the plastic of the bumper..

thats all..

now you can horn your way! IN PRIDE rofl..

well... the corolla owner still doesnt know what will happen when they will horn ...

The oem horn sounds like a dogs squeaky toy ... peice of poo to upgrade!

I also relocated away to the other side of the bay - over where the blanking plate is (was) to the side of the radiator.

Yaris (a quite girlish car, with such a girlish horn... :P ) "beeep!!"

only avensis has a pure Jap 2 tone horn in there i feel pride about punchin' the wheel :D

but if you want powerfull horns, take a VW or any VAG 2 tone horn :P sure those pump out pretty loud and sometimes make the guy driving the front car give a little "!Removed!" jump!
