Parking Sensors

I am about to take delivery of a Corolla Verso, and have been contemplating having parking sensors fitted to my car. My dealers tells me that in order to fit four sensors, they would have to drill through a metal bar behind the bumper. Is this true? Or is there enough room between the bumper and the metal bar which sits behind it, to accomadate the senors.

Please help!!!

Don't know the answer but personally I would get them done at a later date from somewhere else. Dealers rip you off for parking sensors. I mean you can get a kit from maplins for about £20 if you don't mind fitting it yourself
