Corolla Won't Start When Cold

Need help!! My 1998 Corolla will not start when it is cold. When I turn the key, it clicks, all the lights go down, but nothing happens. After 3-50+ clicks, it finally turns slowly and starts. No problems when car is warm.

Replaced the Battery.

Maybe you should get ur starter motor looked at ???
