I would defoZ recommend the mongoose, you will get gains but im not sure how much, but it definately improved my gti BIGTIME!!! Just with an air filter and my mongoose i whipped a corrado g60 (163bhp supercharged 1.8L) on a track of course by 4 car lengths @115mph

Ive seen 2 on eBay and another for 200.00 but you can haggle obviously, link is Mongoose Exhaust system

I would go for it if you want proper gains :thumbsup:
