that is ridiculous. even if they were testing some flying car.. it wouldnt be at some car park surrounded by trees.. where it could crash into all sorts of stuff.

Could be one of those "balloon" cars like they had on Top Gear. Or someone is playing a trick by marking the ground around their car, driving off and then parking alongside it then spraying the ground black in the marked area... Juuust to fool the aerial photographer or satelite! ;)

Still its pretty clever!!! Did anyone ever watch that 'Britains Best Hoaxes' program, they had a balloon kitted out to look like a flying saucer, that was really realistic!! They flew it over some village which is remowned for its extra terrestrial activity and got all kinds of publicity from it, clever guys it has to be said!

The flying car could infact be a kite, considering the GoogleEarth description "Flying car about to terrorize kiters at Pt Walter".

Some of the decent kites are !Removed! huge and some are easily as wide and long as a family saloon.

I managed to get a close up picture
