You have to get the reubikat out than pull from the back the side loss up to the front door than you can get to the rearspeakers

I have mine disconnect and put some 6x9 inch Pioneers in my board behind the reubikat ( can,t find the name in English ) and connect a other cable from there on to my Pioneers

i think he means you have to remove the side panel and then reomve the existing connection and extend it to reach the new parcel shelf Speakers.

is there any way that i can keep my steering wheel controls with this headunit ?

possibly, you will need to get a steering wheel stalk adapter, just plugs into the back of your radio and the original toyota steering lead.

they normally cost about £25 but you will also need to get another little lead for the sony and this is about £5.

autoleads is the company that make them, motorworld and Halfords may stock them if not they will be able to order them

i had a look at the autleads site a while back.. and it appeared that they didn't do one for toyota corolla... i will check again though

have checked with an autoleads re-seller.

and there is no cable available for Toyota to convert steering controls to aftermarkey Sony headunit.

they also checked another manufacturer and they have nothing for Toyota either.
