Yaris Debadge, Help!

hi there i recently bought a toyota yaris 1999 GS and want to debadge the back. could anyone tell me how to do this? and also whether the badges are pinned in or just glued?

The badgeds are NOT pinned, just glued on the back

so hot water, and pull off then T cut and colour magic that area.

just as a BTW the front IS pinned.

need dental floss, hairdryer, cushion. heat the Badge up and use the floss behind the Badge to loosen it and help melt the glue. use the cushion if u get impatient waiting for this and hit the floor or use it to kneel on.

after the badges are off, clean the area

how big a cushion do you need J or does it matter

Not all are glued.... depends on the particular Yaris as I know a few peeps who have taken theirs off to find two little holes on the body work where the Badge used to be....

I think the pin holes are under the front Badge (might be wrong)

You are both right. The front Badge definitely does have two pins and so the bonnet has two holes but someone on here took off their rear Toyota logo Badge and found holes. This isn't very common though.

yeah this is true - mine has two small holes on the back
