I have booked my yaris T3 diesel in for its 20.000 service with the main dealer, is the engine wash really nesessary. I think it is another way of getting more money out of us.

If you dont want it, ask them if its necessary and if not, just ask them not to do it! :thumbsup:

They wont (or arent supposed to) do anything you specifically request them not to do, unless its something necessary! :yes:

I guess it's to late now - but in the future get them to go through the list of what there going to do before they service it :thumbsup: .
