Did not see the programme and I suspect that the top brass will come out still in a job, rumour has it that a relativly high ranking officer will probably be made the scapegoat fot his incident. Do i agree with the policy - yes I do, these officer's deserve our support in what is a high pressure role where they have a split second to decide to fire or not, only for investigators to spend months looking at that split second decision. The officer's also have to live with the consequences of their actions.
