Size Of Front Speakers And Rear Speakers In 05 Corolla?

Hi i just want to make sure if its correct that the front Speakers in the 05 corolla is 16cm? and rear 14?

yeah but i'm fairly sure they have to be a custom fit 16cm like alpines sxe-1750s and the rear more than likely the same (probably 13cm more so than 14cm)

i don't think you'll be able to drop any ol' 16cm speaker in the front, some Speakers will be too deep

ARHH ******* well i guess i probably hav to custom make something then, bcos i just got some Genesis Speakers for the front and if u heard of them u know their not cheap. they also come with tweeters, i was wondering if i could actually go to toyota and buy the tweeter cover which is located on the doors i think?

you might have the tweeter cover already (within the door panel), you will find the speaker dimensions in your cars manual, then all you got to do is measure your new Speakers and see if they'll fit, otherwise you may have to remove some sound insulation from the doors to make them fit, this will make everyone outside hear your music a lot clearer (not so sure if thats a good thing especially if they're 'loud' Speakers!)

nice choice Speakers btw, you might be best having a look at the speakers you already have in the front, and see what you're dealing with, you'll know pretty much straight away whether they're going to fit or not or whether you'll have to modify, the door panel should be pretty straight forward to remove, couple of clips here and there

forgot to mention, you may need a mounting bracket to fit the new speakers cause the screw holes could be at different points on the speakers than the cars (you may have got one with the speakers)
