Best Places For Engine Work

As some of you would have seen before, im currently changing my 4efe engine for a 4age 16valve.

Juat wanted to know if anyone knew where the best places to go for advice and work on the engine and fittment. I live in Portsmouth, Hampshire and dont mind going to far.

Any help would be very useful...

I need to get some new brake pads for the front, i have black diamound on there at the mo with matching discs, should i keep to the same of can anyone reccommend any others

i wouldn't bother with the 16 valve m8. fair play if you have already got it. why not go for a 20 valve insted??

MILLWAY in andover reckon they would do it 01264 361166 I am down there on tuesday I can ask them if you like? they have worked on my car loads so I can ask if they fancy doing a conversion?
