Hi Guys,

Been away at uni since last September.

But im now im back, and wanting to get some new shoes (Alloys) for my baby

I have no idea where to start, I want tyres included in the price, and fitting, but dont mind paying extra for that.

I would like a company to do it for me, really dont want to get them off eBay or something.

I have around £300 pounds to spend, and would like some 15's. Not alot i know, but I know i can get something for that price, im sure.

Anyway, does anyone know of any good companys, and what I need to do. Eg Ive heard about tyre spacing etc. As im a little confused about that.

Please Help!

Ps, I live in the Sheffield area.

I know how you feel, I've had terrible grief trying to find some & I'm expecting to spend about double that, I was thinking about doing a post the same way you have tbh. I think you can get a set of SR alloys for that kind of money but I haven't gone for them because I don't want people thinking I'm trying to make my car look like a better model but if you don't mind that they're definately worth looking at, they're lovely wheels.

This guide might be useful to you, gave me a much better idea about what I was looking for

Stupid little question: would it be possible to buy 195/50x15 wheels & put 195/45x15 tyres on them? I'm having major trouble finding nice wheels that are 195x45x15

Now I’m confused and you’re right, it is a stupid question

You want to buy 195/45/15 WHEELS?

I’m not surprised you are having trouble finding wheels that are 195x45x15…That’s a tyre size

As long as the rim is 15 inch diameter and is wide enough (6.5/7J) the tyre sizes you mention will fit.

Ive been meaning to buy some alloys for my Yaris for a Long time, but I just havent got round to it. Its about the money for me, and the insurance. Thats whats keeping me behind.

I was looking to get some 16" alloys, but now im thinking if I should get 15" instead. I Have a 2005 Phase 2 Yaris.

The picture of the alloy that reece posted looks nice! :) Arent they like the ones the toyota garage sells?? The standard ones i mean?

The wheels reece posted are very similar to the standard alloys Toyota sell. If you go for 16" you would need 195/45x16 tyres fitted.. as for the insurance, with some company's, if you fit locking nuts and tell them it hasn't put the value of the car up, there is no increase in the premium.

Sure you can

The ones I posted above are Team Dynamics GTO Hyper Silver Alloy Wheels With Toyo 195/50/15 Tyres.

£289 for 4

WITH tyres!

Bargain I thought

B265.jpg

These are £275 with Toyo 195/50/15 Tyres + Delivery (£25) (Wolfrace B265 Alloy Wheels)

So that's the £300 budget used and delivered to your door << HERE >>

I think these are more like the T Sport type.
