just got my corolla t3.

when i take key out of ign, i have to turn steerin wheel rite round to get the steering lock on. this puts the bit of the wheel that has the large gap at the bottom with the other bit with the 2 smaller gaps at the top. i then cant get my steering wheel lock thing on. i went to dealers and we went thru every car in showroom and all the cars have various locking positions on the steering wheel. this is the first car i have ever driven to be like this. all the others have the big gap at the top.

anyone got any comments please.

thx

Which way do you put the lock? So it is facing the window or to the foot pedals. Try various ways of putting the lock on mate.

I had this problem with my nissan almera mate. In the end i just placed the lock so that it was facing the passenger side window and the bar was facing the drivers door. Should be able to get your auto lock on now!!

Might be best mate if you are having trouble with the one that goes between the wheel mate. Those wheel locks are thatcham cat 1 approved as well.

go for it mate!!
