dont really know but bee-r make aftermarket rev limiters...

They are cool as when the revs stop it does something with the fuel and it carries on and explodes in the system.. making it flame :D

You could try a search over at www.echofans.org - I know some of the US Echo models came without rev-counters and people have at least looked at how to connect one.

Apexi RSM, wire it up to the ECU, and calibrate it, although it doesn't have a rev limiter, although it wil de-limit your car from the restrictions from Japan regarding top speed (not that I think it could make it to 180km/h anyway)

so it is possible that in d whole UK no one ever installed a rev-limiter or rev counter???????????

there isnt a person that knows? :S

i need d rev limiter to prevent from blowing the engine up! cause i intend to rev the engine a little bit from gear to another :) and I like the sound when d limiter cuts d revs ;)

For well over 95% of us there's no point - our cars already have perfectly good rev-counters and rev-limiters

One of us would help if we knew - have you tried echofans like I suggested?

Oh look! here's a post that deals with it:- Fitting an OEM Cluster, the theory

and another:- How/where to fit a tach which contains links to loads of other threads too. Total time spent - less than 5 minutes...

Hope that helps...
